LABOUR RULES THE WAVES

Covering 146 BBC interviews in June (some single-interviewee, some panel discussions), & totalling the lengths of each revealed the extent of the Labour Party's dominance of both the airwaves & the BBC's address book.

Here are the remarkable percentages:

Labour 60.44%
Conservatives 22.83%
Lib Dems 10.16%
SNP 4.01%
UKIP 0.98%
BNP 0.94%
Greens 0.64%

A governing party may be expected to receive more attention from a questioning media, but the sheer scale of Labour's dominance raises serious questions about the BBC's impartiality.
