For the next three weeks this blog will operate a little like an energy-saving light bulb. As I'm on holiday and will be spending plenty of time with my family (unlike Alan Milburn), I won't be able to act like a blazing 100-W light bulb for much of September. I'll post when I can and - like any self-respecting monomaniac- I'll make sure that I listen to every interview going, so that all the month's I.C.s will be all accounted for! Crick will be doggedly followed too.
So that's why this blog will seem unusually quiet for a while!
